"Point" is the fourteenth studio album by the Swiss electronic duo Yello. It was released on 4 September 2020 on Universal Music. Since 1979, the meticulous studio perfectionist Boris Meier and the brilliant improvisation of bohemian Dieter Meier stands for electronic soundscapes with charm and charisma. This album once again sums up the qualities of the two very different Yello characters: Swiss precision craftsmanship meets state-of-the-art sound and free-thinking pop art.

Yello's sound is mainly characterized by unusual music samples, a heavy reliance on rhythm and Dieter Meier's dark voice. Yello makes heavy use of sampling in the construction of rhythm tracks and rarely uses samples from previously released music. Nearly every instrument has been sampled and re-engineered by Boris Blank, who over the years has built up an original sample library of thousands of named and categorized sounds.
Among their best known singles are "Oh Yeah" (1985), which has appeared in many films and television shows including Ferris Bueller's Day Off, The Secret of My Success, Uncle Buck and The Simpsons; and "The Race" (1988), which peaked at number 7 on the UK Singles Chart.
