For example the Madonna - Nothing Really Matters (Master Clean MPG 576i PAL - 1998): Why are the color values of the MPG Master so dark??? Here is an example of a good master: Here you can clearly see at madonna's hair that the MPG Master is better than the DVD versions. Can someone explain to me why are some DVD versions better than the MPG Masters? What is the source of the music videos from the DVD releases? Does anyone have any idea about this topic?
there are so many type of recordings/master source they put the videos in it , back in 90s when saving file as digital isn't that popular as nowadays , do more research of what are DV , Reel Tape , Betacam SP , Digital Betacam and you'll understand more
The Celebration DVD has the best version of vogue: Here is the link to the Celebration DVDRip: http://sharemania.us/threads/madonna-celebration-the-video-collection-dvd-iso.132707/
would be great that you uload master video and shared with everybody you will make sooo happy a lot of fan and madonna community
I doubt if you are serious as this Frozen looked evern worse than Vevo. Those mpg were a mess in Contrast ratio but their details are still better than vob, You can see the details on madonna's face of nothing really matters where DVD seems blury. The probelm is that mpg's Contrast ratio issue leads to the detail loss only in darkside areas and this could be easily fixed with vob
To be fair those darker colors are what aired on TV when they were released, so I'm not sure how washing them out is an improvement.
