✓ Source DVD Label; thanks to @RAVIXX
✓ Upscale to 4K using Topaz GigaPixel;
✓ Interpolate frames to 48fps using DAIN;
✓ Adjusted video saturation and brightness;

GigaPixel messed up with several frames so I had to smooth out those details, it is still possible to see but much less.
The result is not what I expected but overall it was good.
