Awesome, thank you! Tested out a few with OnkelAdi's upscale and for the most part, the first half of each episode seems to match up fairly close, but the second half starts coming in early after the commercial break (most notably on the DVD sourced upscales). A few second delay or less added after the 11 minute mark with Subtitle Edit should work, or possibly a 1.01% stretch with MKVToolNix, with a few subs needing to be split and re-timed for Part 1/2 episodes. If anyone decides to tackle this, let me know!
