Most VOBs/rips of this video were rendered at the incorrect FPS. This is the proper NTSC version, decimated to its original framerate. Even the YouTube version which has not been remastered uses the wrong PAL source, with tons of blending.

Upscaled using Topaz Proteus AI. Exact aspect ratio maintained after upscale. Duplicate frames and scene change blended frames still there after decimated manually replaced using FCPX Optical Flow.
