DSF Michael Jackson - Dangerous DSD64+CD Layer (2025 MFSL SACD)

Hello everyone!
So, MoFi announced a new MJ SACD since june, if i'm not mistaken.
As a fellow MJ enjoyer, of course I had to pull the trigger for this one, once again haha.

So, here you have it! The first DSD rip of this release, provided by me!


Note: Unfortunately, "Jam" has a mastering flaw on this SACD. I don't know what they did at the MFSL studio, but the right channel ended up being louder than the left one, causing channel imbalance. I've already contacted MoFi via email to see what's gonna happen and how they're gonna compensate people who bought the SACD like myself. We'll see, i guess.

Update:
According to an email I just got from MoFi as a response regarding the Jam channel imbalance, they said that the balance matches the channel balsnce of the master tape itself.

So, this means either the master tape was in a really bad state that they just went for it to "be faithful" to the original source or they screwed up and don't wanna acknowledge their mistake.

And if it's still not obvious with what I just said, it means that we're not getting a fixed version of Jam. :s
The rest of the album doesn't have this issue.
Despite all of this that i've mentioned, this is in my opinion, the best version of this album!

You're right.
I'm gonna kill myself if they don't send AT LEAST DSF files for those 2 songs.
EDIT: No, it's not a flaw. That artifact has always been there and in different parts of the song since the first CD press. It's more audible in this release due to mastering/eq choices, but it's always been there.
