Hey all! Can anyone help me?

I made an upscale of Whitney Houston's concert using Topaz Video Enhance AI, I saved the files in .png format (no compression, no loss) This folder weighs quite a lot and I need to save this video as soon as possible, unfortunately the video is saved with small artefacts, maybe can anyone help me with this?

    Below are screenshots...

what is the source of video? dvd or laserdisc
if it’s laserdisc then it’s analog signal which definitely has loss on the quality

I also did color correction after that, maybe this is related to this?

I have already tried it, artifacts are not particularly visible there, but the image does not look very good

Maybe it's the preset you used. Choose a good starting frame and preview the result with all the presets. Also, if the source is interlaced, you can try to deinterlace it first and then enhance it on Topaz. DVDFab is a good option for deinterlacing. And last but not least, make sure you have the last version of Topaz.

I already said that I saved files in .png format, there are no such artifacts, as for Premier Pro, I have such settings...

Hmm, so the problem is Adobe, right? Maybe you can try to use Hybrid to export the image sequence with the audio track...

There are tutorials on youtube on how to make frames to videos. You can try many apps. Also there is an option in adobe premier to do that. You have to inport in a different way, you have to put the option of "sequence of images" and then you have to modify the level of frames(60,30,29.97) depending on the video. Hope I helped :). Also, can you share the video whe you finish to download?

So I did it with Hybrid... Artifacts anyway. Now I don’t think the problem is in Adobe Premier Pro... I think it’s because of the color correction that had to be done in advance. Also I saved the song - All The Man That I Need in .mp4 and the same thing... Artifacts again.
