MTV Unplugged é um álbum ao vivo da Giorgia, gravado durante a transmissão televisiva homônima da MTV em versão acústica em Milão no dia 29 de abril de 2005. É o primeiro MTV Unplugged italiano. Durante o mesmo concerto, foi gravado o DVD homônimo, lançado no mercado alguns meses depois.
