Hi guys I tried to convert the video from 24fps to 60fps through "Hybrid". It seems to work but actually, it's not super smooth so. Is there any program that can make every video to be 60fps as smooth as possible? For Free and also Purchase If you guys know please help me out Thank you so much XD
This absolutely wont work, you need to generate additional frames and mkvtoolnix wont do that. Best way to do this is with AI Video Frame Interpolation. I got best results using this https://github.com/hzwer/arXiv2020-RIFE . Also don't go for 60fps, just double the original video fps - you will get less artifacts and smears in fast moving scenes and it helps with conversion speed. Also You need to have fairly powerful computer with nVidia GPU... or lots of patience
