Ugh I hate it when things are split up....
Plus I'm always getting a download error as quota has been exceeded.

 

So I tried opening the split files through both The Unarchiver and Keka and it kept saying the archives were incomplete even though I had both parts in the same folder. How the hell do I open these things?

try using WinRAR or 7zip or hjsplit (the latest version)
if non of them work for you than maybe the file is corrupted while you are download it
so you have to download it again
