Yeah, I live in America but I don't subscribe to the service since I already own most of the episodes they have. Maybe someone else who subscribes could record it for you? Or if it airs again at some point in Australia, Rampaigingfires said she would record a better quality version and post it. According to Foxtel, the episode not airing again anytime in the next two weeks though. It will probably air though before the 31st for Halloween I would imagine.
I live in Poland so I can record "Halloween" (it will air on October 30th at 9:20 am) in English, because I can choose language (hmm... in Poland we don't celebrate Halloween so why Boomerang is doing special marathon?).
Bad news, I have recorded the on demand version of Halloween. However my laptop has died, and won't turn on. I don't know how long It will be until I can get back on there and create the download.

Those that are in the US or have access to an American IP address can now watch "Halloween" on the Boomerang SVOD service for free and without a subscription. Link: https://www.boomerang.com/watch/182/1
My license for program, which can change my IP has expired. If you can watch it (without a subscription) can you try to record it? If you have got Windows 10 you can record scene and system sound if you click Windows + G. Then you've got to click "Yes, this program is a game" (even it's not) and now you can record a video.
