Contrary to what I usually do, this time I adapted the video to the audio. Around 15 years ago, I made a short remix version using the extended version by Stephen Bray, and I wanted it to feature the video's ending. Bray removed a section from the album version right after the last chorus, and it resumes right at "don't you stop loving me Daddy," so I had to work around that structural drop—making this cut about 20 seconds shorter than the 4:27 album version. I specifically wanted the iconic ending from the music video, so I spliced it in right after where the album version's fade-out would normally end. To sync it up, I had to trim several shots to fit this 4:07 timeline, as well as tighten up the video's original extended ending. I wasn't aiming for pixel-for-pixel perfection on every single cut; the goal was simply to give a 40-year-old video a fun new twist. Hope you enjoy it!
