Pretty good Upscale, there is some noticeable shimmering when the camera pans, probably be an idea to run a second pass through iris.
Resolution Scale: Set this to 100% (1x). So it isn't messing with the Upscale
Model Mode: Switch from Auto to Manual
Reduce Noise: Set to 15–25.
Sharpen: Set to 0
Revert Compression: Set to 0–10
Anti-Alias/Deblur: Set to 0.
This should clean up those areas

That's if you want to refine it a bit more, other than that excellent work
Don't suppose you can do Heartbreaker?

Don't own a PC, hate the things! and extremely limited in what I can and can not do with what I do have and I'm more in the Photo area instead of video, like so

but my opinion was positive though and the stuff I mentioned is inherited by the AI hallucinations, not the quality of their work
I Just know that's a possible fix for it.
