I bought it from the UK store and it's MP3 only.

 

I found 'NASTYDIRTYGROSS' bonnus track here but labeled under "TYTY TACOS" artist.
It's in FLAC, but slightly different version / mastering compared to mp3 version available on Adélas eshop.
