I can't tell if it's in sync... Seems like Topaz sometimes messes it up. Any tips on how to synchronize audio and video?

Audio sync seems fine to me, at least compared to youtube version, but if you still think its not you can open your clip in video editor of your choice, then manually correct the audio track, export ONLY the audio track from the video editor and then use the tool like MKVToolNix to swap to corrected audio in your original video. This way you wont have to re-encode the video and you wont lose any details.
