They are in the folder, but unfortunately Google blocked them, so I can't do anything to un-hide them.

Do you think they'll eventually become unblocked after a period of time, sort of how they do when a file/folder becomes limited after too many downloads?

Probably not, if you visit the direct link for one of the episodes you can see it says the file has violated their terms of service.
