    both appear to be fake FLACs, aka transcoded lossy files. take one for example, there is a very clear brick-wall cutoff at roughly 19 kHz across the entire track, with essentially no spectral content above that point. converting or upsampling it to 24-bit FLAC does not make it genuinely lossless.
