It's impossible to combine these severed parts back into one episode. Can you please send them as one file SpongeBob.SquarePants.S13E34E35E36? Thank you for your time and work.

The reason why they are split is because they were originally combined with another segment that didn't fit the episode guide, so they cannot be combined.

 

You can still use MKVToolNix Merge to combine them all into one episode (open E34, then right-click and append E35 and then right-click on E35 and append E36).

Unlike most other split SB episodes from AMZN that combine cleanly, you'll notice a slight pause between episodes, but it seems to playback fine with content matching up and MKVToolNix doesn't generate any warnings.
