Does anyone know if itunes music videos will always try to use the best quality music videos possible from the band/label?

Like how GHTV mostly had HD videos of songs that i can't find any where on the internet.

Like i see the previews being LQ but not sure if you buy them that it would be better.

iTunes doesn't use x264 to rip videos so they look worse than Tidal&Vevo rips in similar bitrates.
Bitmax prores are the source of iTunes rips.So iTunes gets the best quality of videos but rips them into low quality and sells them.
I only save the version of iTunes when Tidal/Vevo source is not available.
