    Hello people,

I wanted to present a storage solution for you guys, and also because of the recent changes on Google G Suite / Workspace.

In these sites you can create unlimited shared drives from different schools/universities.
I only recommend to create shared drives from education domains.

    https://td.hackgence.com
    https://td.fastio.me

I recommend this solution for people who want to share large files, or folders with many files.
Google allows to copy or upload up to 750 Gb per day with a single gmail account.
They have been allowing folder sharing since the past 2 months, which is great news.

I recommend you to upload from Gmail accounts for this purpose, and having more than one user as "Manager" attached to those shared drives, in case one loses access specially for those people who upload music audio files.

You can make multiple backups / duplicate files in different shared drives from different domains.

You can also add up to 600 users to your shared drive, so you can share your collections with people you know by adding their Gmail as a "Viewer".

This is also safer than using shared drives from business domains because these G Suite domains from universities can't be terminated.

@CELOBRAZiL has been using one of these for almost 2 years and I also have a couple of these.

I must be missing something, went to the first link at fastio.me, entered the info requested, answered Captchas, and it said OK as if it worked. Did the same thing on the second link which also said OK that it worked. So far have not received anything at the gmail used, so what do I do to access the drives?

What domain did you select? If it says ok it must appear in your Google Drive.

OK, hit refresh on the My Drive page for that account, expanded Shared drives, and the new drives appear under there. Will try uploading stuff that was posted to Mega.

What is the limit on space? I was asked to buy more storage after uploading about 222GB, which seems like a "random" number.

Did you upload into the shared drive?

Because the shared drive does not even belong to one's own account. It only has a hard limit of 400,000 files with no commercial options.

Yes, I was able to upload more later, so not sure why I got that message. Don't think I have anywhere near 400,000 files.

Btw I still recommend this solution (edu drives) over free Mega accounts since Mega has been wiping accounts over inactivity without even sending notifications and sometimes suspends them over copyright strikes.

In this case, shared drives themselves don't receive copyright strikes, so all the files remain there. The user who uploads is the one which does. For this reason is recommended to have more than one manager gmail added to the drive, specially for those who upload audio files.

For any other files such as live performances and music videos is much less likely.
